Toronto 2009 Golf Tournament
The annual Toronto golf tournament was held last June 7 at the
Cherry Downs Golf and Country Club in Pickering, 30 minutes east of the
city. Net proceeds went to the Fiesta Filipina Dance Company and the
DLSAA Toronto scholarship fund for a deserving child at the La Salle
school in Bagac, Bataan. 100 golfers, composed of alumni, spouses, and
friends of La Salle, teed up in the early afternoon under cloudy skies.
Everybody had a good day at the course and had a sumptuous steak dinner
during the awards presentation. See you next year! |
