• Ensure every financial transaction is accurately documented
  • Ensure all accounts are reconciled by the 10th of the month
  • Review of monthly account checks prepared by the bookkeeper
  • Preparation of contractor payment calculations
  • Preparation of monthly payroll reports & Remittances of Philhealth, Pag-ibig & SSS
  • Supplier onboarding and invoice management
  • Cheque preparation and administrative bank processes
  • Review asset register and take up depreciation on monthly basis
  • Monthly checking of inventory of Fixed Assets & Kitchen Inventories
  • Reconcile monthly budgets to actual expenditure and perform variance analysis

Role Requirements:

  • Preferable a Certified Public Accountant
  • 1-2 years of experience working in an audit firm or relevant industry
  • Proficiency in QBO
  • Strong knowledge in taxation and general accounting



  • Ensure every financial transaction is accurately documented
  • Ensure transparency and accuracy of financial reports between Manila and Sydney teams
  • Comply and with local legal and government-mandated requirements (SSS, HDMF, and Philhealth) and ensure submission deadlines are met
  • Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
  • Advise management on additional needed requirements
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to management when needed


  • Has a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Understands general accounting functions
  • Generally organised and is an effective multi-tasker
  • An effective and confident communicator
  • Knowledge in QBO
