The De La Salle Alumni Association Manual of Style is a compilation of specifications of guidelines for the consistent application and use of its logo, logotype, signature, and other graphic images. The latter serve as an institution's emblems and reflect its identity, image, and pedigree. The DLSAA logo also suggests its kinship with the Lasallian family.
Strict adherence to the guidelines provided by this Manual is imperative for all entities involved in the production of communication media carrying DLSAA's signature and/or images.
The DLSAA Manual of Style is available upon request to any alumnus and/or any interested party with legitimate and verifiable business with the DLSAA. Formal requests must be made to the Alumni Association before authorization and use is granted. |

| | The Homecoming Manual is purposed for the organizers of all DLSAA-franchised homecomings and reunions. It is intended to provide clear objectives, an organizational template, exhaustive implementation rules and procedures, complete and absolute how-to tips, and even a timetable and checklist to aid in the seamless carrying-out of events. It is arranged according to the following sequence: |

Currently under construction, the DLSAA Awards Manual aims to formalize all specifications and guidelines required in giving out its ten main awards, namely:
- The DLSAA Distinguished Lasallian Award;
- The DLSAA Lasallian Achievement Award;
- The DLSAA Sports Hall of Fame Award;
- The DLSAA Sports Achievement Award;
- The DLSAA Br. Benedict Award;
- The DLSAA Outstanding Chapter Award;
- The DLSAA Outstanding Chapter President Award;
- The DLSAA Chapter Special Citation Award;
- The DLSAA Lasallian Merit Award; and
- The DLSAA Honorary Membership.
The Manual includes specifications about awards objectives, eligibility, selection and election criteria, presentation of awards, and all other guidelines needed. Shortlists of candidates are also sometimes included. |

| | The DLSAA shall provide a DLSAACard to qualified alumni primarily as proof of membership, and, secondarily, as a means of identification. The Manual defines all alumni and/or former students, faculty, and even non-students of the De La Salle University System entitled to a DLSAACard. It also includes card information specifications, any and all charges and fees, and its validity. Membership by DLSAACard submits to an Article in the DLSAA By-Laws, and should not be considered absolute. The DLSAACard System has been in effect since school year 2003-2004. |

A sub-category included more comprehensively in the Cards System Manual, the Alumni-In-Residence System recognizes students who have finished at least six (6) regular trimesters in DLSU as now eligible for application for an Alumni-In-Residence Card. Valid for one year, this entitles him/her to similar discounts given to Lifetime and Regular Alumni Cardholders.
Applicants may proceed to the DLSAA Office and claim their card on the same day. This, however, is by no means a substitute for the official student identification card issued by the University for entry and access to the DLSU campus and its various facilities. |
