DLSAACard Application Process

Application Form
Be an Active Member

Most non-profit organizations survive because of the support of their members. The DLSAA is no exception. The collection of fees from new members, alumni-in-residence, and renewals contributes to the operational viability and existence of the Association.

The DLSAA amended by-laws classify members as active and inactive. Essentially, the former refers to those who have paid annual fees and the latter, to those who have not.

Qualified members who wish to be active must pay annual fees. These are those who are registering for the first time or those whose DLSAACards have expired (renewals).

Most DLSU System schools collect alumni fees from students who, after two years, are automatically classified as 'alumni-in-residence,' consistent with the rule that 'Those who have studied, but not necessarily graduated for the equivalent of at least two (2) years in the DLSU System' are qualified to become members of the DLSAA.

After alumni-in-residence graduate, the DLSAA grants a two-year 'fee-free' period during which they are considered active. On the third year, alumni renew their membership by paying the annual fee to stay 'active;' otherwise, they are simply classified as 'inactive.'

Currently, the DLSAA membership fee options consist of:
