Rufino has helped shape the landscape of real
estate in the Philippines throughout his decadeslong
career. He was the senior Vice President of
Commercial Operations for the Fort Bonifacio
Development Corporation from 1995-2001. He
was also involved in creating the master plan for
Bonifacio Global City around that time.
Rufino has been the Chief Executive Officer for The
Net Group Real Estate Management Corp. since
1991. His civic works include being Vice President
for the Management Association of the Philippines,
and President for Forbes Park Association, Inc.
He has also served as president for Children
Foundation, Inc. Rufino is also an awardee for
the Entrepreneurial Leadership Team of the Year
category given by The Net Group.
Rufino has a directorship in various organizations
such as the Bonifacio Art Foundation, Inc. and the
LRP Foundation. He was also past president for
the Makati Rotary Club Foundation, and Manila
Polo Club. Currently, Rufino is the Honorary Consul
of the Republic of Ghana in the Philippines.
